Strategic Plan
Water Seven has been built and operates with a strategic plan in mind. Important decisions and business activities inside the Water Seven Community are based and shall always be based on this strategic plan.

The Water Seven Spirit
The Water Seven Spirit originates from the values the community holds, and these are: honesty, humor, humility, kindness and discipline. All members of the community must therefore express an attitude based on these natural virtues in order to remain an eligible member of the community.
The community has been built on the grounds of generosity and will only prosper in the future if this generosity doesn't slump or fades away to its end. Members who are considered inactive or non-cooperative in continuing the propagation of this spirit of generosity and help contribute to its growth are considered as users who are not qualified to remain in the community since they are those people who only want to receive without giving anything in return. They are the people who only consume the community's generous spirit, so if we let these people remain, we shall start counting our days since it's the point where our sweat, tears, and money ends.
The Water Seven Experience package is being offered to our members as part of the community's most vivid way of extending its generous spirit. Members who are receiving this package but have not contributed anything, or have the very least contribution, to the community for the period of seven months are considered as non-cooperative members and people who don't understand the meaning of "give and take." Their accounts will be foreclosed and will be given instead to those applicants who want to experience the community's generosity but at the same time are much more willing to contribute in multiplying the spirit of generosity itself.
The Water Seven Membership
All members must at least introduce themselves in the community. Especially to those who receive a free web hosting account from the community, it is a way of gratitude to introduce themselves to the community itself so that the community could become aware of the kind of people the community is offering its services.
To the members who do not have a hosting account but want to stick around, it is a sign of politeness to say a word about yourself. Please remember that this is a community, where people meet people and talk to people...we (or at least Efil) doesn't like much a lurking member.
The Water Seven Operational Principles
Q. Why not close Water Seven down?
A. Water Seven server is a necessity in Fine Traders Group activities and future businesses.
Q. Why not use a shared account instead of a dedicated server?
A. Fine Traders Group do change job positions, job locations and even companies whenever there is an opportunity to become more productive. A dedicated server with full freedom of control is important in managing confidential files and business transactions.
Q. Why not forget about offering free web hosting?
A. It's a kind of legacy being considerate and generous to people who, for some unavoidable but valid reasons, can not afford to spend money in paid hosting.
Q. How much does this legacy cost?
A. Hundreds of dollars each month. Hours of hard labor. Plus sweat, tears, and even blood in administration of the website, the community and the server.
Q. Is it worth it, and why?
A. Yes, it is. There's always pleasure and happiness that accompany every good accomplishments. Something more exalting than paying high revenue taxes.
Q. Why build a community?
A. Efil can not maintain the server and keep track of its users alone. A community of loyal and generous people is needed to keep the server in its best performance while serving its users with best satisfaction.
Q. Why is Efil unable to maintain the server alone?
A. Server administration is a complex and daunting task. Letting somebody to perform server administration could ease the load and help Efil to concentrate on other fields where he is more productive. Besides, trusting others and helping them to learn how to administrate the server is a great gift to offer to the community members.
Q. Why make so many rules and hurdles?
A. Rules will enable the community officials to make proper and prompt decisions. Rules and guidelines help maintain the orderliness, neatness, stability, and quality of both the server and the community. Hurdles are what drives the abusive and/or sloth users away.
Q. Why emphasize honesty inside the community more than anything else?
A. Honesty breeds loyalty, friendship and good relationships. Good relationships results to better performance, satisfactory services, and continuous development. Thus, you can be sure that Water Seven, as a legacy, will continue to grow and prosper even when its founder is dead and gone.
