Our community will be categorized according to different levels with their corresponding roles and duties. Right now I still remain at the top of the organizational structure since I'm still the only one who is actually financing the server. Once we got members who are paying for the VIP account subscription, these members will belong to the "owner" level where I'm in.
1. The Owner
- will provide the financial support for the server
- will lead the System Administration so that they can function effectively
- will define the important principles and spirit of the community
- will gather the ideas and suggestions of the community members then reflect them into the current policies
2. The System Administrators
- will setup and maintain the server functionalities
- will attend to technical support requests from the users
- will assist the Group leaders in managing accounts
3. The Group Leaders
- will manage the accounts of their team members
- will monitor the activities of their team members
- will encourage their members to become more active in promoting camaraderie among the team and among the members of the community
4. Global Moderators
- will moderate improper posts made by other members
- will help promote more activity inside the community
5. The Community Members
- will make it a habit to check the community for recent announcements
- will try to do their best in creating a fruitful communication inside the community
Please remember that these are not mandatory. Everyone of us here are just grateful volunteers. Only attend to your duties during your free time or during your most boring days. Never never and never blame the Water Seven Community for your failing grades at school or your lousy performance at work.
